Information we collect

GARADSO processes the contact, business and account information you submit, your workspace address, and the records you create in your workspace. Registration passwords are encrypted while setup is pending and removed from the onboarding queue after completion, expiry or failure. Odoo stores account password hashes.

Why we process it

We use this information to create and operate your workspace, authenticate access, respond to enquiries, maintain backups and protect the service. Registration email verification and abuse limits help protect workspace creation.

Cookies

The website uses necessary session and registration-status cookies. This release does not add advertising or third-party analytics tracking.

Access and hosting

Each business uses a separate database. Authorized GARADSO operators may access service systems for support, maintenance and security. A separate database does not mean dedicated physical hardware. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services.

Retention and requests

We retain business and service information while needed to deliver the service, meet applicable obligations and resolve support or security issues. Backups follow the service backup schedule. Use the contact form to request information about your data, correction, export or closure. Identity and business authority may need verification.
