Terms of Service

The service

GARADSO provides hosted business workspaces built on Odoo Community, together with the setup and support confirmed in your service agreement. Supported apps and configuration vary by agreed scope. Odoo Enterprise features and paid third-party apps are not included unless separately agreed and properly licensed.

Your account

Provide accurate registration details, verify your email and protect account credentials. You must have authority to register your business and grant access to its users. You are responsible for the content you enter and for assigning appropriate user access.

Subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, payment methods, cancellation and support scope are confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement. This website does not collect payment or promise a free trial, unlimited resources or a specific availability SLA.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abusive automated registrations or interference with other businesses. Access is limited to your authorized business workspace.

Service operations

Maintenance, backups and security updates are part of operating the service. Any specific service levels, restoration commitments, liability terms and data-processing obligations must be stated in your service agreement. Keep exports of records you need for your own business obligations.

Contact GARADSO to discuss workspace closure, cancellation or data export. Applicable law and the agreed service contract govern your rights and responsibilities. Contact the team before subscribing if you need clarification.
